Determination or volition is one form of self-discipline needed to improve person personality. This is the driving force behind your desire to make things happen. There are ways to increase your Determination and this is what we will discuss below.
1. Small steps
Start with small goals and be easy to achieve than overly optimistic targets. For example, do not just say: "I will never smoke again" because if you fail to do it you will be disappointed, which of course you do not expect especially at this stage.
A good first step, in this case, is to reduce amount of cigarettes you smoke each day. Then make a few days without a cigarette, a habit that you definitely do when you are at home. 4. Make it a habit
Determination is not a secret you should seek, but a skill you can learn, like everything else. You just need to practice. So after a while you begin to feel proud of what you have achieved and this will help you continue the business.
5. Facing fear
Determination can bring a big change that is quite scary. Fear can make to delays, where then you blame your determination is not strong enough to achieve the goals you set. But it is time to kill your fears, concentrate and make decisions. just A strong determination can not help you, except you decide to help yourself.
6. Love what you do
Stubbornness is not the only key to strengthening your determination. You need to have motivation and vision you want to achieve.
