A woman who has no experience at all in the beauty industry has been a series of luxury products into the most sought after brands and celebrities around the world.
The woman is Charlotte Davis, who previously worked in digital marketing and events. The 29-year-old London woman initially met a celebrity hairdresser who needs help marketing the Bardou brand, which consists of shampoo products, hair styling, lip plumpers and eyebrow boosters.
After agreeing to work together, Charlotte soon realized that the business needed a complete overhaul, even though she had no experience in business or beauty. But in just two years, he has transformed a newly emerging brand into a booming business, opened a salon in Marbella, and is now preparing to launch products in the United States and United Arab Emirates.
"I realized that I had to take over the kitchen, become like a chef's head, I never did this and all I would do would be the biggest lesson of my life," he said.
Charlotte said that the approach taken in developing this business is as consumers who want to be beautiful and have beautiful hair, so that the resulting product becomes more leverage.
In fact, now he managed to hook Feel Unique as a retailer and in the process of launching a series of QVC products. "It takes hard work and perseverance but we managed to secure one of the largest online retailers in the UK,"
she said.
Discussing plans for the future of his cosmetics brand, Charlotte hopes to improve international distribution and add new products, such as the Velcro rollers that can be used for sleep."
